ZenFooty Breakfast Club


ZenFooty Soccer Academy (ZSA) is offering "Breakfast Club" which is a foot-speed and fitness program. This program is for all ages and experience levels. Adults are welcome and encouraged. Facilitation is provided by Ed Hawkins and the sessions include the following activities:

  • Shuttle Running
  • Agility Hurdling
  • Agility Ladder Drills
  • Magic Squares
  • Agility Hoops
  • Hopping Bar
  • Fartlek Running
  • Sprinting Intervals
  • and many more…
Immediately following the Breakfast Club session is a pick-up game which also includes all ages. This game usually goes for one hour and is run by the participants in the foot-speed and fitness session. You do NOT have to be a member of the ZSA private training or group training sessions to attend. All are welcome.

The program will last throughout the summer. Details are as follows:
